Indulge your child's and your imagination by creating some Robin's Nest food dishes. They can just be simple snacks that include your child's favorite veggies (carrots, celery, etc.) or his or hers preferred fruit (grapes, apples, blueberries, etc.). However, you might also encourage your daughter or son to try some items from a healthy but challenging list, if there is one. It offers an excellent opportunity to be brave and just try those items out of love for the little robin in the book.
